Form
The building sits as low….it hovers over the existing headland at one level. A basement is excavated into the site to keep building height down and allow for a lifetime of storage. Cars off the street and a substation of sustainability is concealed. The cladding is copper and designed to patina with the site. The building layers and steps, reaching
out to edges and the opposing pavilion.

Besides the grand pane, windows are tucked back to offer no reflection and hold privacy. Forms and volume are as simple as big space to little space, living to sleeping and amenities.
